# Band Self-Assessment

_Quarterly. Keep dated sheets — the trend is the point._

Score each axis 1–5 = the highest band whose work you do at **Reliable** proficiency (independently, repeatedly, unsupervised). No score without evidence. A band you can't evidence defaults DOWN.

| Axis | Score (1–5) | Proficiency (0 Not yet / 1 Emerging / 2 Reliable / 3 Role-model) | Evidence (specific, ≤2 quarters) | What would change it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Problem-solving (T×E×P) | | | | |
| Client impact | | | | |
| Leadership / people | | | | |
| Firm-building | | | | |
| Sector mastery | | | | |

**Your band** = the highest band B where you score ≥B on at least 3 of 5 axes, and no axis sits below B−1. (A two-band gap on any axis holds you at the band below — that's your promotion blocker.)

**Your band:**

**Your unlock** (the axis to move to reach the next band — rank two-band gaps first):

**One commitment** (the single move I'll make this quarter):

_Calibrate with a sponsor one band above. Where you differ, the tie-breaker is the recorded example, not seniority. Promotion is a sustained read across ~2 quarters._
