- Read the operating manual (Nkabom home) end to end.
- Skim the Operating model so you know the six functions and who owns each.
- Find yourself in the Resource database; check your role, sector and skills are right.
- Read the Performance framework so you know how you’ll be graded and grown.
- Browse the AIA Academy — bookmark two methodologies relevant to your first task.
- Check the "What needs to happen" board for anything with your name on it.
